About
Don’t Let Your Dreams Run Amuck
I help growing startups, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs wrangle their dreams into reality with operational guidance and process implementation.
I’m Brie, the Dream Wrangler. What’s a dream wrangler? I’m glad you asked!
A dream wrangler is someone who understands that you have big, bold dreams you want to accomplish, but those dreams are pinballing around in your brain, or maybe inconsistently throughout your business.
My expertise comes into play by pinning your wildest dreams down, outlining how to make the dream a reality, and then implementing the processes to make that dream happen. Once a dream is wrangled, it’s only a few processes away from coming true.
There’s a world where your dreams work for you.
You don’t have to spend sleepless nights toiling away over your business. You don’t have to feel stuck and like scaling is an impossible mountain to climb. You don’t have to face this entrepreneurial journey alone.
I’ve got you.
Where does my dream wrangling expertise come from?
I’ve always loved making other people’s lives better. As a kid, I typed up all my mom’s cut out magazine recipes so she could access her favorites with a simple search (which she still uses today)...
Couple that ambition and intuition with an MBA, seven years in the aerospace industry, and three years in business transformation consulting, and you get a process expert. A business game changer. A consultant you can actually trust.
When it comes to working with me, let’s just say, this is not my first rodeo.
My love of people lets me meet you where you’re at, and empathetically helps your business grow at your pace. My love of processes helps you stay on track and accomplish all of your wildest business dreams, one step at a time.
Imagine having more hours in your day to do the things you love most in your business.
Imagine having a right-hand wing woman you can trust with important tasks.
Imagine your to-do list rapidly shrinking before your eyes.
Imagine getting more sleep, and getting more done.
Now let’s make those dreams reality.
I’m the Woman You’re Looking For If…
You’re a new business and need to get processes put into place to help you scale.
You’re an established business that’s never had time to put the process into place, but now you have to.
You’re migrating systems, processes or platforms and need some help with the migration, role out, or employee training.
You have dreams, but no strategy, and need someone to talk you through how to prioritize what.
You run a non-profit or organization that includes a board, and you have a lot of decision makers that need to be heard with a non-biased facilitator.

No Processes for Process Sake
Implementing a process you don’t need sounds equivalent to pulling out your own toenails. Yeah, I went there.
Some consultants might have their own framework or processes that don’t take into consideration who you are, what your goals are, and your dreams for your business. I’ll never implement a process for process sake.
My first step in working with anyone is getting to know you on a deeper level. I come to these meetings with a blank slate. No judgements, no conditions, no objectives. Tell me what’s working, what’s not, and where you want your business to go.
Only after this meeting will my problem solving skills kick in. Without that deep understanding of you, your dreams, and your pain points, I’d just be throwing darts blindfolded.
It’s Always at Least a Little Fun
To stay true to my word, here are some fun facts about me!
I have a stellar 1977 Goldstar camper. This cute little travel trailer is just big enough for 2 humans and 1 dog, with a sitting area that folds out to a king bed and a tiny kitchen space with the original icebox. She is simple and perfect for us.
Our sweet 3 year old rescue Emi was named after the pandEMIc. A straight-up mutt with a brindle coat featuring a hairy white beard, chest and paws – she is quite the looker! We got her from our friends at Low Riders of the West in Elizabeth, CO.
I took a mini-retirement in 2017 to travel the world, visiting 20 countries in 4 continents over the course of a year. I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface on exploring the world, and I still need to check South America, Oceania and Antarctica off my list.
I’m a proud and impressive thrifter, the majority of my purchases are second-hand. I’m always happy to share my tips and tricks for a great thrift store find on a call!
I’ve lived in every state that begins with the letter C.
